ABOUT CULTURAL CUISINE

Cultural Cuisine is a food blog that explores different cuisine from around the world and exposes readers to new unique dishes and their roots. This is a project I was inspired to start after all of the wonderful experience I have had through cooking and learning.

I am a double major in Food Science and Technology and Dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Through this education, I have been fortunate enough to learn about cultural cuisines, nutrition and the science of food/recipe creation in depth. 

I hope this blog helps expose you to new dishes and cultures and inspires you to learn more!
